The Dark Master talks to one of the nicest people to do a martial art, Mr Lloyd George Russell.
I have much in common with Lloyd; we both grew up in Bristol, have Jamaican heritage, went to the same senior school, share a love of martial arts, and have many friends and acquaintances in common.
Lloyd is one of those people who, despite having some difficult times, he has made a real difference in the world. I’m sure you’ll feel his love shine through his warm words.
